Macpherson Kelley has boosted its Litigation and Dispute Resolution team with Special Counsel Christina Cavallaro joining the firm’s Sydney office.

Christina has worked in litigation and dispute resolution since becoming a lawyer almost 13 years ago.

“I enjoy solving problems for my clients and developing tailored strategies to achieve commercial, pragmatic and effective results,” she says.

Christina specialises in insolvency and building and construction disputes, but also has extensive experience dealing with general corporate, commercial and contractual matters across diverse industries. She has acted for a variety of clients including national and international corporations, SMEs, individuals, liquidators and administrators.

Christina is also Vice President of Ladies Insolvency Professionals (LIPs), a networking association for women working in the insolvency and restructuring sector.

“It’s important to be part of an organisation that supports women in this industry and encourages more to join,” she says.
