Business and Property expert joins M+K national team, leads Property Group
John Turnbull, a highly regarded specialist in the fields of business and property law, joins M+K Lawyers as a Melbourne-based principal.
John has over 30 years’ legal experience and is one of very few lawyers to secure both property law and business law accreditation from the Law Institute of Victoria. He was formerly a founding partner of Melbourne based firm Mason Sier Turnbull.
With deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring and shareholder disputes as well as a broad range of commercial and retail property experience including due diligence, subdivision, off-the-plan and physical sales, John’s broad perspective will be a particular asset for M+K clients who keenly appreciate the value of commercial and pragmatic legal advice.
