Sofia is a Senior Associate with nearly 10 years experience in commercial legal practice.
In those 10 years, Sofia has developed her technical and commercial skills base and experience in all aspects of corporate practice including insolvency, commercial litigation, fundraising, property and franchising.
Sofia provides practical general and technical advice to a wide range of clients in all aspects of their business and corporate lives and beyond and her particular strengths lie in documenting complex business, property, fundraising and other arrangements.
Sofia was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1998 and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
