Reuben Mansour, LLB, B.Ec.
Lawyer
Reuben Mansour is a Lawyer in our Sydney office, practicing in corporate and commercial law.
His work is focused on commercial transactions for private sector clients and involves acting for international and Australian companies, and his practice includes, among others, assisting clients being admitted to the Official List of the ASX, compliance with ASIC and ASX, and advising on contractual disputes.
Reuben also works with our senior lawyers in commercial litigation in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Reuben also brings his experience of administrative and taxation Law, having been an Associate to a senior member of the Sydney Administrative Appeals Tribunal and an In-House Prosecutor and Indirect Tax Consultant with the Australian Taxation Office and KPMG respectively. He is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
