With a wealth of litigation experience in personal injury and commercial matters, Philip is able to attend to issues effecting small and large privately owned companies and subsidiaries of overseas owned companies effectively and efficiently.

Philips's principal areas of practice involve advising on all aspects of WorkCover, Accident Compensation Act and compliance advice on OH&S matters. Philip also advises on WorkCover self-insurance applications, strategic planning, advice and preparation.

Peter has been involved in commercial legal practice for over 30 years.

He has a wealth of knowledge, experience and contacts in all commercial areas, having acted for a number of listed companies and small to medium enterprises and Insolvency Practitioners throughout his career.

Peter is also a member of the Business Law Section of the Australian Law Council and a founding member of its Insolvency section; a member of INSOL International. He was an editor of the Legal Advisors Guide to Franchising (previously published by CCH). He has also published papers and delivered addresses at seminars over many years in many areas of commercial and corporate law.

Helen practises in trade marks, designs and copyright for local and overseas clients.

Before joining Macpherson and Kelley, Helen spent 10 years in specialist patent and trade mark attorney firms and a large law firm. Prior to that, she practised for several years as a paediatric audiologist in clinical, research and tertiary teaching positions.

With her varied professional background and her experience in intellectual property law, Helen is a client focused professional who offers her clients strategic commercial intellectual property advice.

Tracey has extensive experience in employment law. Her practice areas include awards, industrial agreements, enterprise bargaining, employee and contractor agreements, termination and redundancy procedures.

Tracey advises in the areas of discrimination law, WorkCover and occupational health and safety. She has developed policies and codes for clients and then implemented the training of staff.
