Heather is a Senior Associate specialising in
commercial litigation and early dispute resolution,
including pre-litigation and strategic advice. She has extensive experience in conducting complex and multi-party litigation in the Federal and Victorian
jurisdictions, both original and appellate, including the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, as well as in other state jurisdictions in Australia.
Heather's key areas of practice include administrative law, trade practices law, negligence, contracts, intellectual property and water law. She has advised large corporate entities, small to mid-size businesses, individuals and authorities, providing practical solutions to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.
Heather is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia. She is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria's litigation and commercial law sections. Heather was previously employed at the Treasury Solicitor's Department in London where she was responsible for handling litigious employment law cases, including appeals which reached the High Court. She brings more than seven years experience as a commercial litigator to the team.
