Deivina is a Senior Associate at M+K, where she advises on industrial relations issues including restructuring, redundancies, industrial action, enterprise bargaining negotiations and Australian Industrial Relations Commission and Federal Court proceedings.
She has worked extensively on unfair dismissals and discrimination matters and more recently, lodging workplace agreements and collective agreements under WorkChoices.
Deivina is practised in Award and enterprise agreement enforcement,
discrimination and sexual harassment cases and preparing employment contracts and policies and procedures.
Prior to joining M+K in 2003, Deivina worked as an Associate to Senior Deputy President Acton of the AIRC for 18 months. This practical experience and her straightforward approach to problem solving has helped many clients to successfully achieve their goals.
