Craig is a Principal in our property law team. Following an 8 year absence, he returns after previously joining the firm as a young lawyer.
Craig advises vendors, purchasers and developers in relation to industrial developments, retail developments, shopping centres, multi-level buildings, resort developments, retirement villages, stand-alone buildings, compulsory acquisitions and associated due diligence matters. He has considerable experience in broad acre land acquisitions, development and sales.
Craig also acts for landlords and tenants in all types of commercial, industrial and retail leasing involving negotiation and drafting of lease documents, agreements for lease, sale and leaseback, mining leases and resolution of disputes by way of mediation and at VCAT.
Craig was admitted to practice in 1996. He is member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Property Council of Australia.
