Chris has over 17 years experience in private practice, developing strong technical expertise backed by broad expertise in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
His experience includes supporting clients with complex contractual issues, intellectual property concerns, business insurance issues and a wide variety of contract related disputes, representing clients across a wide range of industries.
Chris’ finance industry expertise includes the enforcement of securities given by individuals and business entities advising in relation to recovery actions, making urgent applications to ensure the preservation of property and conducting bankruptcy and winding up proceedings. Chris also has experience in consumer protection issues, both under State and Federal legislation.
With a strong commercial background, Chris provides measured advice enabling clients to make an early informed decision to either proceed or settle with the best possible outcome. If disputes do not settle, Chris has an excellent track record in taking matters to hearing, ensuring that they are thoroughly prepared and that the client’s interests are best represented.
