• Advising commercial, industrial and residential builders on all aspects of their businesses including client relationships



• Acting for many Government and semi Government Authorities including Vic Roads, Wimmera Mallee Water Authority, Greater Dandenong City Council and Southern Rural Water in respect to planning matters, purchase and sale transactions, compulsory acquisitions, creation of easements, leases, licences and other property related transactions



• Advising builders, developers and real estate agents on changes in the law regarding the Sale of Land Act, Transfer of Land Act, Domestic Building Contracts and Tribunals Act, Property Law Act, Planning and Environment Act, Estate Agents Act and other legislation relevant to the property industry.
