Anna has been in practice for approximately 10 years, and has broad experience in commercial dispute resolution and litigation. Anna advises on negotiation tactics and court strategies. During her career, Anna has acted for both corporate and local government clients (Councils and water authorities).
Anna focuses on her clients’ interests, as opposed to simply their legal position. This emphasis is implemented in her practice by identifying early all avenues available to her clients in order to meet their objectives.
Anna’s work with local government and water authorities has included advice on statutory licensing and decisions, statutory compliance, groundwater and waterway management, by-laws, planning appeals, risk analysis, administrative law (FOI) and corporate governance.
Other areas of practice include: commercial and contractual disputes, trade practices, intellectual property disputes, negligence, defamation, franchising, and planning.
Anna’s litigation experience covers both Federal and State jurisdictions, including the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
- Admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and High Court of Australia.
- Member of the Law Institute of Victoria – Litigation Lawyers section.
- Member of Australian Water Association.
