Andrew has 25 years of experience in the areas of public and private fundraising, conducting due diligence investigations, company and business acquisitions, corporate structuring, corporate governance and employee wealth creation.
Andrew has a diversity of experience and strong commercial focus. His advice is sought by clients representing a range of industries including aircraft manufacture, transport, property development, mining and agriculture. His extensive experience of due diligence investigations allows him to add significant value to virtually any commercial transaction.
Andrew's recent experience includes:
- Initial Public Offerings for a number of clients including Findlay Securities Limited, Zodiac Capital Limited and Anomaly Resources Limited
- Private placements for Somnomed Limited and K2 Energy Limited
- Sales of a business in the storage and child care industries
- Acquisition and consolidation within the Health Care Services industry
- Restructure of the Boeing Group of Companies in Australia
- Establishment of numerous employee share and option plans
